You count Outcome units the way you already count your own work. A report of 20,000 support conversations is 20,000 units. One report or 20,000 small ones costs the same.
How our price stays on your side
We earn the same whether the work passes or fails.
A pricing model decides what a vendor wants. Ours is built so Spoolis never gains when your result, your guarantee or your buyer loses.
Accepted, rejected, partial, disputed or corrected: each Outcome unit costs the same. A kept guarantee and a missed one cost the same.
Reviews, disputes, corrections, reopens and retries maintain a unit you already paid for. They never bill it again.
The price is set by units, not by the size of your contract, your payment or any remedy you owe.
Volume discounts apply automatically. You never need to call anyone or pick a bigger plan to get them.
